Anxiety, anyone experience it?
I ask because I just Googled having a strange metallic taste in my mouth and a heavy tonge. I thought I was having a stroke, but the search pointed towards anxiety.

Something in it or a load of old cock?

Yep, the tablets make your mouth dry. That's where the metallic taste comes from for me anyway

I suffer from it but thought the metallic taste was when you are taking Anti depressants and not a symptom of anxiety.

Asking West ham fans if they have ever experienced anxiety is a bit like asking very fat people if they have ever experienced the taste of cake.

Talk to GP he may refer you to a Psychiatrist, he can prescibe you anti anxiety tablets ,Xanax for example.

Although GPs can prescribe those they do it without trying to find the real reasons for your anxiety

you can get anti anxiety tablets or anti psychotics. Its more a state of mind rather than metalic tastes. For example , thinking you are having a stroke is anxiety, hopefully

Anxiety and asthma, I wouldn't wish these on anyone.

Chronic, dibilitating illnesses.

Oh, and problems breathing could (just) be down to the shitty air quality the UK boasts about at the moment (Brexit will fix that though, I'll be bound. And gagged. Whip me.).
